Hi. I’m Matt.
I founded MDH Advising on the belief that consulting is about so much more than completing one project in order to sell the next. My philosophy is building relationships and performing to a level that my clients will want work with me, rather than feel like they “need” to work with me. I specialize in helping organizations with:

About Me
After over 15 years of working in both the public and private sectors, I founded MDH Advising in order to provide project management, contract management and international development expertise to private organizations, state and federal governments, and international NGO's.
I focus on mission-driven companies because I am a mission-driven consultant and I believe that all organizations are fundamentally inspired to improve the lives of the people whom they serve. My goal is to provide expertise that will help them achieve their altruistic goals while also achieving their financial, organizational, and operational goals.
I graduated from Utah State University with a BA in French/Political Science, and I went on to earn an MS in Project Management from George Washington University. I then returned to my hometown of Boise, ID with my family. I can be reached anytime at matt@mdh-advising.com.
